Where is CBD derived?
Our CBD products are derived from hemp plants.
What is the difference between edibles and topicals?
CBD edibles are meant to be consumed orally whereas topicals are meant to be applied directly to a place on your body where you may be experiencing aches & pains.
Do your edibles contain THC?
The THC threshold is a marker that’s been chosen to classify and regulate cannabis. The federally legal limit for THC in hemp products is 0.3%, which lists minimal trace amounts of THC in hemp products. All Smokiez hemp products are lab tested and fall below the legal limit of 0.3% delta-9 THC, and are considered non-psychoactive.
Are your CBD products legal in all 50 U.S. states?
Yes, as long as the products are derived from hemp and contain less than .3% THC. All our products are hemp derived. A medical marijuana card is not required to buy or use hemp derived products, but you must be 18 years or older to purchase.
Will CBD interact with my other medications?
At low doses of CBD, less than 150mg total per day, it is not likely that a drug-herb interaction will occur. However, there is always a possibility of this occurring, although it is more likely at higher doses. Consult with your health care provider before taking CBD products.
What is the right dosage of CBD?
The recommended dosage of CBD for our candy products in one gummy or one hard candy which is 25mg of CBD.
Will CBD make me feel high?
CBD products do not cause the psychoactive or "euphoric" effects that delta-9 THC does.
Are there any side effects associated with CBD use?
Typically there are no side effects associated with CBD use, but dry mouth, drowsiness, and lightheadedness have been reported.
